CTO at Factorise-Solutions

This is a pre-seed stage startup and I am looking for a CTO. You will have co-founder status and an equity stake.

Funding cycle expected initiated ultimo February 2024. You can be part-time until we are funded and can take out salaries.

Equity percentage will be negotiated. A split that motivates co-founder and team is the goal. Depends on team configuration.
I will keep a majority stake. Contract will apply a typical 1 Year Cliff and 4 Year Vesting.

The most important things are personal and professional compatibility, right set of skills and ability in addition to complete buy-in on mission, vision, and values.

The following is a list of what currently looks like the right building blocks – that could change. And regardless – your input and knowledge are crucial to forming the technical side of the mission.

If you are the right fit please apply – even if you don’t currently cover all listed aspects.
